About Our Program
Our New Graduate RN Residency program is designed to supprt nurses in their first year of practice. This 12-month program features a two week classroom intensive, followed by monthly focused cohort meetings and culminating with a nurse-driven performance improvement project. This program is evidence-based and strives to provide a strong foundation for our new graduate nurses by supporting close relationships between graduates, preceptors, and nurse educators. We offer a competitive wage/benefit package and a positive and friendly work environment. Our new graduates generally begin their careers at St. Anthony in the acute care department, with the potential to transfer to areas of interest as the program progresses.
