The Festival of Trees, to be held the weekend of December 2 and 3, is St. Anthony Hospital Foundation's most spectacular fundraiser of the year. Festival events will be held at the Pendleton Convention Center.
The festival will begin Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. with a gala that will include an auction of beautifully decorated Christmas trees with gifts of various themes beneath them. There will also be delicious hors d'oeuvers and dancing to the music of Cimarron begins at 9 p.m.
The St. Anthony Hospital Foundation supports the health of our community and this year proceeds from the festival will be used to purchase external fetal monitors. A fetal monitor is an electronic device that keeps an on going record of the baby's heart rate and contraction pattern.
Tickets to the gala are available for $25 per person by calling Vonnie Simonton at St. Anthony Hospital, 541.278.3236.
Sunday will be Family Day at the Festival of Trees from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free, compliments of Wildhorse Resort and Casino and entertainment for the children will be nonstop.
Mark your calendar for the Tree Auction and Gala Dance Saturday, December 2 and Family Day on Sunday, December 3.
