The 2006 Festival of Trees final results are in and once again, thanks to the wonderful volunteers and those attending, it was a great success. June Mohrland, Support services director and chairperson for the festival, reported that over $40,000 was made. Mohrland said,"once again this year the volunteers and those attending the festival all helped to make it a wonderful evening."

The Sunday Family Day also went very well. Admission is free to this event compliments of Wildhorse Resort and Casino. The children enjoyed nonstop entertainment and games throughout the day.

The St. Anthony Hospital Foundation supports the health of our community and this years proceeds will be used to purchase external fetal monitors. A fetal monitor is an electronic device that keeps an on going record of the baby's heart rate and contraction pattern.

Plans are already underway for the 2007 Festival of Trees to be held on December 1st and 2nd.
