Second Century Fund
The Second Century Fund is used to support the major capital needs of the hospital, including the acquisition of needed new medical equipment, improving and enhancing the hospital's healing environment, and current and future building projects.
The Cancer Fund is used to support the Cancer Clinic and includes direct patient assistance and program support for patients with various cancers.
The Hospice Fund is dedicated to supporting the hospice program. Each year approximately 100 patients and their families are helped through this difficult end-of-life time. Funds donated toward the program are used to assist these patients in ways that insurance does not cover but that greatly help the patient enjoy a high quality of life and also make lasting memories for the family. A Christmas dinner prepared for the patient and family, a last fishing trip with a grandson or possibly a weekend getaway with a spouse are just a few examples of ways this fund helps.
Planned gifts provide creative and flexible strategies for your estate and charitable planning. Some planned gifts provide you with income. Many of them can reduce your taxes. The greatest benefit, however, lies in knowing that you are helping to make your community healthier through your support of St. Anthony Hospital.

Room and area naming opportunities
The new hospital provides a number of opportunities for individuals and families to leave a lasting legacy by sponsoring a room. Naming opportunities within the new St. Anthony Hospital are based on giving levels, starting with a minimum gift commitment of $5,000. Additional naming opportunities are available with gift commitments of $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and above. Foundation staff and volunteers work closely with those interested in creating a lasting tribute to identify a fitting and unique naming opportunity.
Some of the naming opportunities in the new hospital include patient rooms, ICU/CCU rooms and birthing suites. For a complete list of current naming opportunities, please call the St. Anthony Hospital Foundation at 541.966.0528.
