The CHI St. Anthony Hospital Clinic is recognized as a Patient-Centered Primary Care Home.
Our clinic is staffed by caring and professional healthcare providers who will work with you to ensure you are living your life in the best health possible. Our practictioners will listen to you and allow you to take an active role in your care. We also work to coordinate your care with your specialists and other members of your healthcare team. We see patients of all ages, and most major insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid.
